for the first time in about a year, actually relatively normal! I started hrt a week ago and haven't had any severe suicidal ideation nor self harmed since I started, which is the longest I've been in a year. and I'll be at open sauce, a science convention in about two weeks. so things are actually kinda going well :)

diy is genuinely life saving for many people. of course, remember that there are risks present when purchasing and using home brewed hrt, and more when making it yourself, but with enough research and caution it's overall quite safe.

that's totally a fair point, it's definitely not for everyone. but I would like to point out that how Miku sounds depends heavily on the composer and how they tune her, so while a lot of her music falls into that category, alot of it doesnt. she is essentially an instrument after all.

God I hate living in Utah.

As a high schooler in Utah, this is true. There's essentially zero mention of the community even existing, except for certain classes where it inevitably comes up (like current issues), and even then only certain teachers will approach those topics, and it's definitely not part of their curriculum.
