All these “socialists” since Colins have this much in common that they leave wage labour and therefore capitalist production in existence and try to bamboozle themselves or the world into believing that if ground rent were transformed into a state tax all the evils of capitalist production would disappear of themselves. The whole thing is therefore simply an attempt, decked out with socialism, to save capitalist domination and indeed to establish it afresh on an even wider basis than its present one.

literally why on earth do redditors do this

downvoted. reason: i don't want to confront my conditional immunity to state violence or how other people have it worse than me due to systems i participate in, rely on, and support. no, i will not elaborate further or provide a logically sound argument based in reality.

i was a little disappointed to see there aren't many spinoffs or anything. i'm hungry for in-universe content but also generally for similar media. i love the noir and dystopian vibes, and just the way the plot progresses. does anyone have recommendations for similar anime?

does uploading work at all if you don't have ports forwarded? i didn't get any uploads before i finished setting up port forwarding.

besides that, i run a ~24/7 instance, share around 500 albums, but only have a few uploads per day. i think no uploads is normal, assuming people can reach you.

hello, after 10 weeks of injecting EEn in MCT oil in the vastus lateralis sites, i've noticed a very small area around the site on my left thigh has darkened. i just noticed it today. my last injection was 4 days ago, there's been no pain or discomfort since the injection, nor is the darkened area raised or swollen. i only noticed when i was able to see it. i'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this, and if it's a cause for concern, since i can't find much on darkened injection sites on google.

title is what i'm looking for. not looking for anything overtly jazzy like john zorn (though i wouldn't mind jazzy metal recs), more like how full of hell has used horns in a few of their tracks (such as high fells).

i've been using jerboa since i've been on lemmy, and i quite like it, but my one gripe is that upon opening the app, the app is automatically set to browse "active" posts on "local" communities.

i'm subscribed to many off-instance communities, and i enjoy interacting with new posts. i'm wondering if there is client that i can set to browse in this manner (new posts, from all subscribed communities) by default, so i don't have to switch every time i open the app. thanks.
