We kinda do it already, I can't be the only one that has taken "power naps" in my office instead of going home to sleep when a crisis hits at work. Hell, after the first one I bought a sleeping bag for those times.
Am I the only one that while looking at those pictures it screams make it a museum and clearly you'll make a profit? Even if it were in red numbers at the end?
No license fees, most content could be reruns of shows that they did while explaining how it was made in those rooms, no rent money and on top of that the generation that grew up with that content are the ones that have jobs right now and clearly they would pay for the tour that won't need many employees since it's probably a medium size building?

There's a small town near my home where they specialize in doing crazy popsicles and ice cream, I never had it but they have bean ice cream. I assume it's ok since it was a big bucket, I wouldn't make a big one of they didn't sell enough.
I went there as a child and they had tequila ice cream that wasn't that good, I assume it was a grown up thing. But the avocado popsicles were really good, I recommend them.
I wonder if they are still there.
