I think I'll just stick to the fat that comes with my meat. I'm happy to follow Michael Pollan's definition of "food" which requires a food existed when your grandparents were young. When he wrote that, it referred to the turn of the 20th century.

That farmers have been growing for 30 years (video from 12 years ago)

Is that all, less than 50 years? How is such new basic food allowed in the food supply?

If you want a protein breakfast, why not bacon and eggs?

Counter examples only refute when they are publicised. When they are ignored because the status quo is preferred they achieve little

See for example low carb nutrition

All the big VPN companies advertise on YouTube

The funniest thing was when Alec Steele (blacksmithing/metal working YouTuber) did a Raid ad. Him following their standard script was ridiculous

His phone he played the game on had a cracked screen

It really showed me not to believe any of his ads in particular

I think it's safe to presume they are trying to capture all of the value of your data.

They are certainly selling whatever data they collect, unless they're making their own advertising service

I quit those when Lenovo showed they don't care about Linux, and switched to Framework

CO binds to haemoglobin (the oxygen carriers in your blood) just like O^2, but a little stronger. Effectively each molecule of CO puts one haemoglobin out of action, making you less able to transport oxygen out of your lungs

It's avoiding bad outcomes. Babies from closely related people often have problems. Practically every culture has a method of avoiding close relatives breeding

Eugenics is about breeding for desirable qualities, a eugenicist's ideal person still couldn't make good kids with a close relative

A fossil fuel fire can soften steel so it can be hammered into shape. Hot, soft steel can't hold up buildings

Again car versus cow violence. This time it's not a cop so they got jail for animal cruelty

We all know this, but this might be a good article to share with friends and relatives, it's two years old, but I hadn't seen it before.

TLDR: University of Adelaide (in Australia) scientists examined meat eating in cultures world wide, and found that more meat correlates with longer life.

They point out that previous research efforts indicating meat causes bad health are badly designed and suspect on the face of them, but even more suspect with this study
