I’m surprised they can get insurance at all after all that has happened.

I don’t think this is as shocking as that headline wants it to be.

Other countries have proven this repeatedly, along with the fact that forced static learning and homework at young ages isn’t the way. Learning through play is far more effective.

Good luck convincing the old boots that make the decisions these days though.

Forest fires are no joke.

Prepare. Stay informed. Listen to the authorities.

If they tell you to leave your home and evacuate, leave.

Mine died instantly in an accident last year. Beautiful day, routine trip and things just went momentarily and horribly wrong.

I still have so much I wanted to learn from him and so much I want to say/talk about.

If you are reading this and you haven’t talked to your dad in a while or you have something you want to tell him. Do it. Now.

When it’s too late, it’s all you will think about.

Use it to hire most of the best minds to be found with the sole purpose of creating an expansive infrastructure to provide regular people the means to organize as one.

The undertaking would be staggering. Reviewing all the known history of man, considering all the languages, cultures, failures and successes.

Researching and combining all known technologies.

All to set the groundwork for a global union of human kind to be able to collectively counteract the disease that is the upper most classes.

After much daydreaming on the subject. I think this is the way of long term existential survival for the human race.

TL;DR: Basically, the Star Trek federation.

Ok, so not really bright, but visible. I smell the plot to a bank heist movie.

And blinded by security cameras?

Seriously, wouldn’t being able to see infrared basically make you see night vision cameras like they are street lights?

I would argue it was time for the entire world to do this unanimously, the moment the first hospital was hit.

Apparently wiping out a civilization is ok if the right “interests” are in play.

The idea of autonomous super robot people doing all the hard work for us sounds great, until you remember that it will all be built on foundations of profit.

It doesn’t really matter how brilliant the engineers are if the corporate manager is forcefully cutting corners.

Who do you think gets the blame when things go wrong though?

Strategy.

No, your half-baked, half-plan you stole from an intern, is not only not good, the last guy tried it and we are still trying to fix that mess.

I’m not sure if it really counts as a buzzword though.
