They’re not good guys, they’re just behind.

You got that right, but at least they aren't as hostile to the industry as NVIDIA while they are behind.

If you don't mind throwing money at diminishing returns while financially supporting anti-consumer and anti-board partner behavior, there's not much else to say.

Yes! Authentik is a great self-hosted OAuth platform. They actually publish integration guides in their documentation.
Integrate with Immich

The pills kicking in is a universal post-industrial human experience.

Regarding HRT though, does anyone actually “feel” the hormone changes? I know they affect you physically, but is there a noticeable neurological effect like caffeine or something?

So glad I ditched Windows last year. I tried dual booting for a bit, but the number of things that broke in Windows was ridiculous.

It’s wild how much the reliability of Windows and Linux has flipped.

Funny, but very confusing for people out of the loop.

I’m an American and I think America social media should be banned.

That is, closed-source, centralized for-profit social media platforms that will inevitably devolve into ads and data collection machines should be banned.

The problem isn’t the country that hosts the platform. The problem is the incentive structure for social media to profit off its users.

Platforms that are either FOSS, run by non-profits, or pay-to-use don’t have an intrinsic incentive to exploit its users and can, in theory, be run ethically and sustainably.

Thank you! That's what I suspected from the pictures, but I was able to select 0 USB-C ports with no warning, so I was confused.

I'm configuring a Framework 13, and while selecting the ports, I came across a question that I couldn't determine from the pictures, product pages, or configurator:

Is there a dedicated USB-C port for docking and charging? That is, to say, if I don't choose USB-C for at least one of the expansion ports, will I still be able to plug it in to a USB-C dock? If not, how will I charge the laptop? Is there a dedicated charging port?

How would someone better address a situation like that?
