Yes, that was a poor choice of words on my part; I do apologize about that.

Just to let you know, GrapheneOS uses AOSP (the base Android system) and sandboxed Google Play Services, making it compatible with 90% of all Android applications. From what I've heard (don't take my word for it), the apps that have the least compatibility / more breakage are banking ones.

You should check the Cloud to Butt extension. It is immature, but it can make you laugh

You do need to change the system, but you can keep the President, reduce the President's powers, and have a prime-minister to take care of many areas.

P.S.: I am from Portugal, he's definitely not my President.

You do have a point, but what would be the alternative? I have considered direct democracy, but the ultra-wealthy may still use that to their advantage.

I agree with the sentiment, but I do not agree that political parties should be abolished. Instead, there should be proportional representation, and more political parties, with more perspectives — the majority of solutions come from a democracy.

I might actually do that, especially since I have dealt with configuring some knockback settings!

Edit: I currently have a development branch (for WIP guides). But, after it is done, you can contribute to the project — it would help a lot, especially considering that this is currently a one-man project!

I know how late I am to the party, but here are some ways that Minecraft should be revolutionized:

  • Officialize mods, and make versions into mods (certain bug fixes should exist, but for “useful” bugs, make a toggle). Beta 1.7.3 could be the base/core.
  • Overhaul the rendering engine. An unofficial Discord server owned by Minecraft developers called “Vibrant Vanguard” says that they're already doing this, and they're also actively talking to optimization mod developers.
  • Recode in Kotlin. Kotlin is a JVM bytecode language, so it's still compatible with Java, and has multiple benefits. This would also make the developers clean up code, making Minecraft more performant.

There is also LTSC, which is much lighter than regular Windows 11, and does not have the ridiculous requirements.

It means that a project isn't hosted on a country that is actively hostile towards the libre software movement. Privacy is dependent on the country, because e.g. the NSA may try to backdoor projects hosted in the US more than in other countries.

Basically, Expat-like licenses do not use the copyleft system: When you distribute a project that's copyleft licensed, you must give the exact same rights you were given (including the source code, license terms, etc). To resume this in 1 quote "the rights of one ends where the rights of the other begin"
