Al would be proud Mark hired people who want to be and embody what it is to be RAIDERS. Just like Art Shell said, "Al told me, 'I didn't hire you because you are Black. I hired you because you're a RAIDER'". That speaks volumes to me. He saw the man as he saw himself to be, which is all I ask as a man...see me and judge me solely on what I do and how I am in your eyes, not your perceptions. Recognize b/s exists, but treat me simply as a man. I want no favors, I want no handicaps either. I can live with my own effort and results if I know the field I play on is level.

Nope because for me, the important thing has already happened. If we lose out, weβre a top 8-10 drafting team and someone not named Josh McDaniels is coaching the team. I already won.
