Ontario is such a mess with Doug. Here in BC the HOV lane is busses, EVs or carpool. When I visited Ontario there were a ton of single occupant cars in the HOV lane?? My friens is like yeah you can go in that lane as caepool or pay a monthly fee to drive in it. Like WTF there is zero incentive to carpool if you just buy your way into that lane.
