I've been particularly worried and stressed about the fall of the USA...I voted for Harris, expecting deranged and cruel shenanigans from Trump. Welp, a lot of his voters are realizing that they made a bad choice. I am trying to stay calm by writing letters to my representatives and signing petitions. Keeping up the opposition is the only way these fucks might be careful. Also, trying to play video games in order to decompress from this madness which is going on in the USA.
This is the way. Do what you can, which actually helps with the nerves bc then you KNOW that you participated.:-)
Agreed, it does help to participate in the way one is able. As a chronically ill person, it's often from at home and online; this matters, as participation and showing one's opposition can matter regardless if it's in person or not.
