Chris is a pretty interesting fellow, and he's got a finger on the pulse of social media. I used to be in a few group chats with him way back in the Digg era, and he's always had an interest in the future of internet platforms. He's been a big advocate for federated platforms; I believe he was in charge of the flagship CalcKey instance before it rebranded.
