And in peak adhd, I almost uploaded the wrong image entirely with the wrong title. Why? Because I was paying attention to something else.

It really depends on your flavor of attention deficit.

My personal brand never really came with the hyper activity. So while stimulants like caffeine sort of help, they mostly just don't seem to do anything.

My hyperactivity is mainly mental only. Brain going a million miles per hour without really being able to focus on any of it and never any downtime.
