There's been lots of talk about United killing people through their abhorrent practices and delay tactics.

But this is literally murder.

jury nullification. do you think Sherwood would convict Robin Hood?

edit - i'll leave it, but i feel like i just said something stupid. it's been a long time since i've read the story. have at it.

Feds can't prove luigi did lol

Maybe if they can prove it, we can talk jury nullification but so far the man is not guilty and being shameless smeared by the entire regime and their whores

practical hope is knowing that trials like this take longer than election cycles.

Do you think change [of] the white house regime whore gonna change the regimes approach re Luigi?

I don't think it will tbh

They change [the] sock but it is the same hand and daddy owners big mad their whore got wacked like that

yeah, you're right, but here's what i see:

  • option 1: judged and executed under this regime
  • option 2: tried, judged, and sentenced

not to say it'll be fair, but at the very least it could be legal

I may need to read that again. I felt there were words absent.

I really don't see Luigi getting pardoned.

i'm reconsidering my comment now.. there's a good chance that the executive branch is going to do something stupid and try to involve themselves in the process, and it could cause a mistrial.

edit - i don't think there's a pardon in his future, either. but the president's inability to keep his mouth shut might just end up saving this guy from death row (maybe?)

I'm saying that conspiring with PAs and NPs to falsify medical records with the specific intent to make sure people die is literally murder.
