Looks like Costco to me. It's probably a pack of a few billion rolls.

This isn't in the US, looks like somewhere in the Caribbean based on the brands. Definitely not US dollars
It looks like the package on the table has at least 40 rolls.
2,25 per roll. For the price of 8 rolls you can buy a bidet.
$18 for a bidet? That can't be more than a hose to spray your butt with. And then you'll still need something to dry it off...
I don't think Costco ever jacked up the prices like that, it was just unavailable for a long time.
It isn't that the prices are jacked up, it's that it's enough toilet paper to last until toilet paper goes out of style.
As a regular Costco shopper, no a pack like that wouldn't be anywhere near that much, and no that many won't last nearly as long as you think. Perhaps this isn't USD though.
