Past the city gate we find a cozy place. Apart from our trusty stick there is not much else to discover here. So we enter the sole building on this screen…

Inside the city gate Zanthia finds a shop overgrown by a large tree. In the foreground a fountain with a seahorse is visible. In its snout a wooden stick.

Inside the building is a shop for the local ferry line and the mustard cartel. The shopkeeper however seems to be in trance. This is actually a puzzle I didn’t quite get. For some reason we can heal all the people in trance state by giving them the skeptic potion… why…??
The map shows our destination: the volcano island. But the ship only goes to a different island.

The inside of the shop is full of large tree roots. A man stands behind a counter. In the background a map of the sea and islands are visible.

The backdoor leads to a pub. It is closed however. But next to the door are colored buttons that open the door. By using the combination from the dragonfly tree AGAIN!

Zanthia says: „Here we go. There’s probably a cover charge too!“ The pub is in another large gnarly tree. A stone dragon statue sitting jn front of the door.

Inside the pub it‘s open mic night for the local poets. We grab some taffy and beer and make haste. Not much to do yet!
By the way: what is the beer for? I don’t think we used it later…

The inside of the drunk dragon inn is again made from gnarly wood. Several pirate like people hanging around reciting poems.
