Or over excessive speeding from one red light to the next. Even though most lights are perfectly timed if traveling just barely under the maximum posted limit.
This depends on where you are. They're most definitely not timed here, the 'main' route has green by default and the other ways are triggered off sensors in the road.
Still doesn't really change the fact speeding to the next red light won't save you much time. Legit be lucky to get 5 mins off an hour long commute in peak hour
