BCMEA, it's not up to one of the two parties to determine whether an agreement is fair and balanced.
A bad deal for workers, but an excellent deal for the employer is a bad deal, no matter how it is spinned. Employers all say "Nobody wants to work", but they forget to add "...under awful conditions and shitty contracts".
Stay strong, union sisters and brothers.
Good for them for rejecting the long terms. Unions contracts should only be two years.
