Why would you prolong the war by doing something stupid like defending yourself?

This is like all of those dates he had that went on way too long because the female kept fighting him while he tried to get laid.

[–] snowdrop 0 points 2 months ago

Protip: never go on a date with someone who thinks of you as β€œthe female”

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago

Obviously. The right answer is to submit completely. You can't have a war if you convince them you need to be alive if they want to keep raping you and your children in the ass. /s

As an American I am so glad the European Union has said it will never Recognize Crimea as Russian.

[–] [email protected] 26 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (1 children)

Taiwan is a country.

Crimea is part of Ukraine.

Palestine and its people deserve their homes back.

While we’re at it I’d like some democracy back in the USA.

Thanks.

It’s weird how many of β€œus” think otherwise.

Nuh they not like us bro

@IphtashuFitz @Sunshine Many Americans will not either. It's just not official policy because of an orange pestilence infesting our Capitol. Trust me on this. MOST of us want Ukraine to be a free nation from Russian influence. We'd admit to NATO and send troops. It's our namby-pamby politicians who want to play games with Putin that keep this going.

The Trump plan included a ton more land than Crimea alone (actually pretty much exactly the areas Russia claims to be theirs) plus a freaking nuclear power plant which Ukraine should just give to the US to make profit out of.

Quite a deal maker and negotiatior this orange pensioner.

β€œThere is nothing to talk about. It is our land, the land of the Ukrainian people,” Zelenskyy said.

Can't even call him a pensioner. Pensioners worked for a living and contributed to maintaining society.

Conversely, Russia is prolonging the war by failing to return Ukraine's territory. Which country is the invader in contravention of law? Even if everything Russia claims were true, the claims don't justify invasion.

Trump should offer Ukraine Florida in exchange for Russia taking Crimea.

[–] [email protected] 19 points 2 months ago

Has Ukraine not suffered enough alrady?

[–] [email protected] 4 points 2 months ago

I'm not in favor of giving putin anything but a swift trial at the Hague.

Why not give Alaska back to Russia? You know, if we're at the stage where we say we cede territories...

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (2 children)

What you want to give Russia more territory?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago

My bad, I initially read that we should give Florida to Russia in exchange for Ukraine getting back Crimea, haha. I said giving Alaska instead because it was also part of Russia before, so they could spin it off the narrative similarly to what they did to Ukraine.

But yeah, I don't think the clown in the White House can really understand the situation unless you put it in perspective for him.

@SatansMaggotyCumFart @andrew0 If that's the case, then we need to give Arizona, Nevada, California, Utah, most of Colorado, and Texas back to Mexico. Then there's the matter of the Louisiana Purchase. That's most of the middle of the US which would go back to France. Florida would go back to Spain. Most of the Northeast would go back to Great Britain with some to France. Or we could just give the whole thing back to the Indigenous peoples. It's ALL STOLEN LAND.

Humor is wasted on some people.

Putin is prolonging the war in Ukraine by resisting calls to stop tresspassing and stop raping.

Trump is prolonging the conflict by making claims on Canada and Greenland.

Trump is prolonging the conflict by not letting Iran build nukes.

[–] adarza 3 points 2 months ago

who's the one "calling"? putin? donvict? yea.. that should always be a "go fuck yourself" response.

are there any actual allies (donvict and this admin don't qualify) or legitimate (nor do they here) third parties with interests in ukraine suggesting they just hand over significant portions of ukraine's land and essentially surrender?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago

Yet it is to even my child not yet in school that the agressor is the one that prolongs this war for years. The defenders only sin is living but hey, this senile insecure man child sure is cool and right all the time for sure and for sure the faschist ideologies and open practice is absolutely not tried before and has ofc not toppled several empires
