It's cute but also my back hurts seeing the Chihuahua being placed so asymetrically.

There's another side to that pannier, so hopefully they tucked an equivalent weight to balance the load. Chihuahua's are probably no more than 4-5 lbs, which is nothing for a strong breed to carry.

Yeah I can carry a backpack with 10-20 lbs on one shoulder without much issue and I’m old.

There's no other option, they will just have to get another Chihuahua to balance the load.
