Iranians are an amazing people with an equally amazing history, who are currently suffering the consequences of American imperialism.

They're suffering the consequences of religious fascism, like a lot of other countries right now, including the US.

Don't you know how that happened? You are talking about the state of Iran. The Iranian people are not religious extremists or fascists. They are very progressive. They used to have a progressive, secular government. Surely you know this.

Yes, and they were hijacked by religious fascists.

Nobody has a problem with the good people of Iran, I don't have a problem with the good people of America either.

But the religious fascists in both countries just trying to hurt everyone else to see the pain? They need to go.

Trump visits them and all of a sudden they want to renew relationships with Canada. This should be good news and all I see is suspicion. Thanks media!

Canada can stop being America's lapdog by renewing relations with Iran.

How is canada a lapdog when it tariffed and taxed US in response to US tariffs?

On the other hand, Iran should stop being a lapdog puppet to russia like nkorea.
