Use content warnings and/or mark as NSFW when appropriate. Most posts with content warnings likely need to be marked NSFW.
Most 196 posts are memes, shitposts, cute images, or even just recent things that happened, etc. There is no real theme, but try to avoid posts that are very inflammatory, offensive, very low quality, or very "off topic".
Bigotry is not allowed, this includes (but is not limited to): Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism, Sexism, Abelism, Classism, or discrimination based on things like Ethnicity, Nationality, Language, or Religion.
Avoid shilling for corporations, posting advertisements, or promoting exploitation of workers.
Proselytization, support, or defense of authoritarianism is not welcome. This includes but is not limited to: imperialism, nationalism, genocide denial, ethnic or racial supremacy, fascism, Nazism, Marxism-Leninism, Maoism, etc.

Yeah! The mighty mighty bosstones!
Twitch streams be like:
Ah, yes. I remember the OP on reddit. I wonder if the original can ever be found again, or if we will forever have to use the ifunny.com
watermarked version.
One day interpreting those watermarks will be a form of archeology...
"Doctor, the watermark seems to make it a second iteration meme; however, the compression artifacts suggest fifth or sixth."

No "rule" in title = b&
ty
(I was joking. I don't think they'd actually ban you for not using "rule" in the title. I think the first 196 community, wherever it was, probably did actually take action for missing "rule" in the title, but I don't know that that's the case for this specific 196 community.)
I'm not sure if it was ever a bannable offense, just like how it would be a joke to enforce "post before you leave"
Still, when in Rome.
