DEI is a replacement word for the slurs theyβre afraid to say out loud (for now).
They always find a way to pronounce "DEI" with a hard R.

They believe DEI policies lead to incompetent people being hired rather than the more qualified white candidates. Those incompetent employees stacked the water bottle wrong, therefore DEI is to blame for the poorly stacked water bottles.
it would make more sense to blame immigrants than DEI, neither make much sense either way but at least blame something that could cause the problem (like poor training or low wages).
It's ironic because FB comments/post in general always have the worst spelling and grammar you've ever seen.

I want to know how these people would react when confronted directly with "so you're saying black people are stupid?"
I know they'd probably just say yes without any shame, but then at least other people would see it.
