I feel like adding google code to a password manager creates opportunities for google to scrape data, which in my opinion is a huge vulnerability. Third party code libraries, especially from a company like google could expose user data and when we are talking about a password manager the consequences could be devastating.

this does not necessarily need goofle code. It's just slight theming. limited to ugly pale colors, if I had to guess

if it's an android app, it's using APIs developed by Google
