Hopefully we can see some uptick in engagement on the sites as well. Creating an account is the first step, however we need to build the communities.
FediLore + Fedidrama
Rules
- Any drama must be posted as an observer, you cannot post drama that you are involved with.
- When posting screenshots of drama, you must obscure the identity of all the participants.
- The poster must have a credible post and comment history before submitting a piece of history. This is to avoid sock-puppetry and witch hunts.
The usual instance-wide rules also apply.
Chronicle the life and tale of the fediverse (+ matrix)
Largely a sublemmy about capturing drama, from fediverse spanning drama to just lemmy drama.
Includes lore like how a instance got it's name, how an instance got defederated, how an admin got doxxed, fedihistory etc
(New) This sub's intentions is to an archive/newspaper, as in preferably don't get into fights with each other or the ppl featured in the drama

I'm commenting to boost engagement!
Does Lemmy have "commenting for visibility"? Reddit didn't since it was the votes that determined visibility. Reddiquette even actively discourages comments like yours because they "add nothing to the discussion".
bring in the content bots! RSS feed to lemmy post bots!
Chatgpt reply bot swarm for that "real feel pleasure". Jail break a few chatgpt bots and then the bots can even imitate reddit toxicity properly
Well not going to lie, a RSS Feed for some subs to feed them would make sense. Post the top 3-5 news stories into /c/Canada /c/Ontario etc.
I have never come across a lemmy RSS bot. Only matrix/element, discord and reddit RSS bots. If you find a lemmy RSS bot, hmu
Same with Sopuli as well.
Probably this will continue through to beginning of July when they will apparently go through with the changes.
That’s a huge spike
