Hopefully the schools can build more housing themselves as they can set the rate directly.

When you say "they can set the rate directly", are you suggesting the schools cap the price of rent at a reasonable rate for students?

That sounds like communism, and we cant have that in this country.... All profit must go directly to the Irving and Weston families
