This is a highly publizised event, if there was any truth to this it would be shared among more reputable newssources as it would be pretty big news and heads would roll among the news organizations and protonmail for bringing misinformation. peoples journalistic integrity would be gone, and protonmail would face a big backlash.

I'll go as far as to claim this article is sharing misinformation and is trying to defend the dictatorship of Belarus, and this at the odds of it's people who have been protesting their government while suffering hard police violence.
