I can’t vouch for the truth of this as I just saw online posts about it too.

But I saw in Iraq, there’s a book market that just leaves most of their books outside because “The Reader doesn’t steal, and the thief doesn’t read”

I think this also disappointingly in the US depends where you live, if you live in a city with easily accessible public transportation I think you’d be fine, but if it’s a more rural area I still do think it’d be difficult.

I live in a city now and sold my car 5 years ago and have been fine with taking the subway and I also work fully remote.

In a way they do testing on men in sports all the time. They test for testosterone levels for one to see if the athlete is not utilizing Performance Enhancing Drugs (PEDs).

But I also haven’t read the article on the methodology they will be going to be utilizing.

Add a tiny splash of yellow tint then we get Mexico

If you lived on a border of a country that speaks different languages how is it chosen what language you speak? If you lived on the border do you just learn both languages?

Or is it more if you lived even like 500 meters of a border do you learn the language of the country your in? Do people choose it based on nearest popular city to where they’re at?

I’m in the US so I’ve mostly watched US TV shows, I’ve been wanting to watch shows made by other countries as there must be some great ones that never took off in the states.

I’ve seen a few I could recommend like Alice in Borderlands (Japanese), Gangs in London (UK), Lupin (French)
