I used to own a Model X. 13 failures in 4 years, including 3 where the car was just dead and needed rescuing.

They’re cheap cars, badly made. They do just die.

I no longer own a Model X.

I bought the optical ones, and got so many false alarms. SO MANY. I had to remove them and get the old kind.

That’s incredibly expensive at todays energy prices.
