I don't think CTE generally kills that young? Of course I have no medical degree and such, but I always viewed it as a long term degenerative issue. Not a sudden killer at 41.

Also do offensive guards generally get head trauma on the level of a TE or QB?

The Jets are a scrappy team with a great defense. I've actually been rooting for them this season as well after watching Hard Knocks and seeing them still trying so hard after Rodgers' injury. I'll be happy just to see a good competitive match.
