An indightment just means that there is probable cause to charge the person, it's not a descision on whether they are guilty or not. The process is done in secret, so there is no defence for the person being charged. It's just a way to issue an arrest warrant. They do it that way in order to prevent people from asking for a "show cause" hearing which would allow them to personally defend against the whole thing. D It's a dirty trick.

They weren't arrested at the protest, they were indighted by a grand jury. A conviction means that you are facing a 1-3 year prison sentence and you'll never be able to vote, own guns, or get many types of jobs and nobody will hire you anyway. I just bought a domain name yesterday with plans to create an instance for my local county. My killer idea is to have a comminity in the instsnce called "the good old days" where older folks can post their stories. I noticed that is a popular thing on facebook. The instance will not be federated as I don't want anything but content which is relavent to the county. It should be somewhat self regulating given the topic limitations. I probably won't even mention federation unless someone else wants to make an instance specific to a certain town or something. Just a way to filter out all the noise on facebook where people can see all tge different news outlets and events from accross the county without being filtered by fb et al.

Good luck even hearing about it with all forms of social media being controlled by the administration and that's where most people get their news. You'll just hear "oh yeah, theres a bug going around" I'm prettu sure that Tiburculoses is a lot worse than we think.
