? Pakistani/is is correct. 'Paki' as a slur has been around for decades, unfortunately, so qdJzXuisAndVQb2 was correct to mention it, as it would be a major uninentional faux pas on your part!

While I'm here, why is it an 'SJW thing' to help someone not accidentally deeply offend someone else? Would explaining to someone not from the USA that you shouldn't say the n-word to an African Ameirican be just an 'SJW thing'?

This better not awaken anything in me.

Do you remember when the British robbed everyone in the world? What a spree that was! What a spree.

All I know about the Gulf Stream is that you can sense its influence at the Logan Botanic Garden. Just take your scary masks off first, if you want to avoid the police.

Awesome image - I have added it to my rotation of desktop wallpapers. :)

I really like the way that there are different horizontal sections and that each section itself varies in colour a little. Having minimal sections with no real focus makes the whole thing peaceful, but there's still plenty of texture/colour to make it interesting to look at. Or something, I dunno.

"I'm not dead!"
"I'm sure she will be soon, she's very ill."

I'm guessing they just had an extremely weak pulse? I worry that hospitals will start cudgeling patients to make sure! Although I think I'd prefer that to waking up in a buried coffin...

Perhaps we should bring back safety coffins?

I might have misunderstood you (or maybe it's different on PC), but there's a list of all Lemmy communities available already: click on the Communities word at the top of the page:

Thanks for the info - I've remembered that another thing that put me off is that with poor reputation you apparently can't buy from shops and get chased out of town by the Flaming Fist guard: I'm very much a casual player, so that sounds like a major difficulty increase to me!

Thanks for the game suggestion. :)

Butt kicking for ~~good~~evilness!

It's hard to pick, as there are so many excellent ones! I loved the portrayal of Richard Nixon in the show though, that was a surprise. Check out this cosplay, if you've not seen it before.

I still run through Baldur's Gate (1998) from time to time (I should try a game as a Chaotic/Evil group but I like being a good-two-shoes too much). I love the graphics, story and game play.

I mean to dust off my copy of Rome Total War (2004) at some point, mostly for the mods, but I'm still playing through all the factions of Warhammer Total War 2 to get my money's worth out of it! It's a tough life.

I played the remaster of Command & Conquer (1995/2010) a little while ago: I was overjoyed to finish the GDI campaign for the first time, having given up on ever doing so when I was young. The NOD campaign still proved too much, but the nostalgia and music might persuade me to try again!

I missed out on the original Monkey Island, so I'm grateful for Let's Plays on Youtube! An excellent game. :)
