Yes it would also come under some public order offences. Bottom line is, the legal def of woman wasn't the reason they didn't get arrested.

Love the message, but the blurb isn't correct. Police couldn't not arrest them because it would define them as a woman, outraging public decency and similar laws don't require specific genders.
That's a good point, he may just not be skilled enough to finish it. Annoying thing is that surely he could just get the white walkers to finish off loads of characters he's stuck on!
I don't agree with commenters attacking the survivor at all. Nevertheless based on your comments here I'd have banned you from my community. Misgendering someone and then defending that isn't ok, trans people are a very vulnerable group. In future you could help others and yourself by approaching things differently.
