I don't think a nuclear deterrent will work. Too much brinkmanship. Need an army that can be used.

Contractors don't fix things as much as charge for what we are contracted for. I might fix things, but I am able to fix far less than when I was a direct hire. The issue gets worse the more contractors there are, both individuals and companies. Shit hiring company policies make this worse. The structure of many companies is the cause of company problems.

If I interpreted this comment correctly, this is as designed and intentional. ISPs only route to the neighbors that advertise a possible path to the actual endpoint.

Strong encryption is critical.

Is this fact actually true?

Yes, Lefty Memes tend to suck. Not enough paid graphic artists?

They better do it. Might get invaded.

Agreed.

I often think about this with regards to superpowers. If one knew everything, and could do anything, then there is no reason to smash. Little nudges would be all that is necessary. Bad guys pants fall down, their gun jams, the getaway car breaks down in a remote area... The opportunities are endless.

Mainly, I’m wondering if I should migrate /home/ to my RAID array, or leave /home/ where it is and create a new directory on the RAID array.

Leave home where it is. Symlink to important directories on RAID.

Makes it easier to mess with the RAID if it doesn't make logging in hard.
