Are they proposing it as a yearly tax? That seems like the proposal is just for show. We should be working on implementing an inheritance tax if we want to be serious about taxing wealth.
I'm in a very similar situation. The NDP and Green seem unqualified and the Liberal is lackluster.
I have to admit. I did the same last year. I could not understand why Poilievre was so popular and everyone hated Trudeau so badly. I thought that there must be something funky going on with the polls.
It's nice to see that secularism is now the default for Canadian politics.
I love my offbranded Bell subsidiary substitute! It gives me the illusion of choice so I can feel like I am not funding Bell while still using the internet.

They say their top issue is affordability, but it seems like they are taking about affording a third home or a new sports car. Anytime you get policy details, it's to benefit folks in the top bracket.
