Same here. I’ll be writing them to let them know that they lost my vote not from strategic voting but from a poorly explained and promoted platform. I want them to succeed but they need a leadership change and the resolve to reach toward more aggressively progressive goals.

“Doctor, please help him! He’s been stammering for 47 minutes!”

Doctor checks pupil dilation

“Can you tell me your name, son?”

PP, clutching doctors shirt collar

“Lost….

Liberal…

This is a product that didn’t need to be built. Since it has, I’m at least pleased there are efforts to keep them from being relegated to landfills.

That’s exactly it. No impulse control at all.

Keep it coming. When villains who announce their evil plans it never leads to their undoing.

This week’s final offer isn’t very good. I’ll wait for next week’s final offer, or the one after that.

Believe it or not, straight to bed.

Good riddance. Now do Teams.

This is a link to the tweet in question.

In the spectrum of greasy things CEOs tend to say and do, this only feels like a 3 out of 10 for me. If I was doing a fresh migration today I’d choose Tuta. After 3 ESP migrations in 4 years I’d have to read a 6 or 7 greaseball on that scale to justify the switching cost.

They want the authority to decide what appropriate sentencing is for serious offenses with the promise to put criminals behind bars for their entire lives. And they also want to be able to decide what constitutes a serious offense. Can’t see anything wrong with that.

In line at the polls now, at least an hour wait on Saturday morning. Annoying but good to see folks turn up.

You can’t threaten to pull out of peace talks and dictate terms at the same time. This is not a state that wants to be treated seriously on the world stage.

Unfortunately for PP, most Canadians seem to be interested in reducing the amount of avoidable garbage in everyday life.

I think my employer saw the Shopify CEO’s mandatory AI memo and got a little overexcited.

As a web developer I’ve tried copilot and disliked it immensely. It didn’t save me time because my syntax memory and minimal keystroke workflow are pretty decent after 20 years of huckin’ HTML and CSS in various frameworks.

I feel like if I give studies or interviews from companies who FAFOd I’d have a better chance of arguing my point. Does anybody have any in their back pocket they can spare?

Yes, I am very aware of the irony that I could try to ask an AI but avoiding it is kind of the point in this c, isn’t it?

Just figured it’s worth a mention. It still has FB and IG but it’s nice to see some distance between the worst offender.

I haven’t received any flyers from other parties yet. This is the first time I’ve seen a Bluesky icon in print from any source so it’s kind of novel.

Silly answers only. We need a laugh or two in spite of another day of stupid news.
