I think it's on the State level not the whole US. I'm fine with that.

I know it's Canadian but a lot of Canadian agencies use .com instead of .ca like octranspo.com and hydroquebec.com
But this is a tech agency so they should now about TLDs and .ca as Canada's ccTLD.
