If we somehow won out 11-6 or even 10-7, and Aidan looked solid, I honestly don’t know how you move off of him. Drafting another QB is a gamble, and if Aidan’s playing good ball on a rookie deal, it’s hard to wanna get away from that
If it’s the defense for the reason we win 9+, then hopefully a QB could fall or we manage to trade up a little bit to 10-14. It’s a deep QB class.

What do other west coast teams usually do anyways? Honestly I have trouble buying into the idea that the east coast time difference is that big of a problem. We got smacked by Buffalo because we just sucked, and we spent that week in WV anyways.

IMO he will get consideration only if we manage 8 wins on the season (5-4 record with AP). 9 wins gives him a great case. 10 wins basically guarantees the job
