Rules and Guidelines

1. No BigotryIncluding racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, or xenophobia.

2. Be CivilArgue in good faith, attack the argument; not the person, and promote a healthy debate. That includes implying violence, threats or wishes of violence and/or death.

3. No PornThis instance is not made to host porn communities. You're free to access porn communities on other instances through your account, but be mindful of Rule 4.

4. Use the NSFW tagUse your common sense: if you wouldn't want this image to show up on your work computer, tag it as such. In comments, use the
spoiler ::: tag for NSFW images, and put a NSFW mention beside links. Do not use NSFW images as your avatar or banner. :::
5. No Ads / SpamThis instance is not there to act as your billboard. If you want to promote your personal work, at least make the effort to be a contributing member of this community. Your account purpose shouldn't be to only advertise, make it natural.

6. Bot accountIf you are the operator of a "bot" account, make sure to flag is as such in the account's settings.

7. Right to privacyDo NOT distribute the personal information of someone else without their consent (aka doxxing). Information that is public domain can be shared, provided it is in good faith.
ex: The official email of an elected official is fair, the private phone number or the real name of a non-public person is NOT.

8. Report abuseThe report function isn't labelled the disagree button. You might not agree with someone, but that doesn't mean what the person says is against the rules. Using it repeately in this fashion will lead to actions being taken against the reporter.

9. ImpersonationDon't make an account with the intent to negatively deceive or defame someone on the fediverse.
ex: Parody of a famous person is okay, submitting outrageous content as appearing like another user, mod or admin isn't.

Ketchup is GOATed. Very well-balanced flavor wise, it contains elements of sweet, salty, sour, and savory. This is what makes it so popular and why it pairs so well with so many foods.

Of course, there are varieties and brands that are made with substandard ingredients such as HFCS. But this is an exception and not the rule; I recommend something like Simply Heinz which is made with cane sugar and has a much less cloyingly sweet flavor. There are also fancier brands if you like, but honestly I think Heinz is the gold standard.

As a Chicagoan you also won't catch me putting it on a Chicago-style hot dog, since that has a delicate balance of flavors that is thrown off and overshadowed by the ketchup. But I'm not gonna throw a fit over anyone who does, and I will most definitely throw some ketchup and mustard on a dog that has not been dragged through the garden.

Tunis (AFP) – Tunisian President Kais Saied presented US counterpart Donald Trump's senior Africa adviser with photographs of starving children in Gaza, official video of their meeting posted late Tuesday showed.

Saied told US envoy Massad Boulos, who is also the father-in-law of Trump's daughter Tiffany, that "it is time for all of humanity to wake up and put an end to these crimes against the Palestinian people".

"I believe you know these images well," Saied was seen telling the envoy as he showed a photograph of what he described as "a child crying, eating sand in occupied Palestine".

Saied showed Boulos several more images, saying that Palestinians in Gaza were subjected to crimes against humanity.

Israel is facing mounting international pressure over the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Palestinian territory, where more than two million people have endured 21 months of devastating conflict.

"It is absolutely unacceptable," Saied was heard saying as Boulos stood silently, occasionally nodding. "It is a crime against all of humanity."

More than 100 aid organisations warned on Wednesday that "mass starvation" was spreading across the Gaza Strip and that their own colleagues were suffering acutely from the shortages.

The head of Gaza's largest hospital said on Tuesday that 21 children had died from malnutrition and starvation in the Palestinian territory in the previous three days.

Israel says humanitarian aid is being allowed into Gaza and accuses Hamas of exploiting civilian suffering, including by stealing food handouts to sell at inflated prices or shooting at those awaiting aid.

Following his visit to Tunisia, Boulos flew on to the Libyan capital Tripoli on Wednesday, Tunisian media reported.

Simplest bluffing game I know. If you hunt using animals from the top of the
food chain, you have greater survival chances, but don't get the highest score.
The strategic-depth-to-rule-complexity ratio is not low at all, and even
tiebreakers give everybody a shot at winning, so you are never really out of the
game.

A quicker Skull done right. Also, I love the artworks.

Edit: A few comments mention the power imbalance between Lewinsky as an intern and the president. This meme shouldn't be seen as me approving of Clinton's behavior but point out that an adult man having "sexual relations" with a child should have some bearing against a sitting president.

If Clinton is in the Epstein files, show the world.

Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi asked the U.S. and Europe to provide Ukraine with a new supply of longer-range missiles and to lift restrictions on using them against targets inside Russia.

Syrskyi said that if Ukraine were supplied with a large number of medium- and longer-range missiles, including U.S.-made ATACMS and German Taurus systems, the Ukrainian military would be able to slow down Russia’s weapons production by striking missile and drone manufacturing facilities on Russian territory.

“They are targeting virtually everything — airfields, populated areas, infrastructure facilities,” Syrskyi said in the interview, which was conducted on July 19. “So, of course, we need supplies of ballistic missiles in order to be able to give the enemy a fitting rebuff.”

He added that simply having missile capabilities acts as a deterrent in itself. “I hope that thanks to President Trump’s position, this process will be much easier and… we won’t have any of the difficulties we had before.”
