Iโve been in this industry for 10+ years under both Liberal and Conservative governments - the contracts are not dependent on what government is in power.
In fact, the IBM Phoenix contract - the poster boy for one of the most wasteful IT contracts ever - was awarded in 2011 when Harper was in power.
