Isn't MB's Wab Kinew NDP?

The one thing I'll say is religion still seems to have quite a grip on that province, they have a lot of hyper-religious pockets there in my experience.

Wasn't there a massive outbreak in Quebec a bit ago? I guess they do have a conservative government right now, but I feel like that contradicts the spirit of this.

At a community level you're almost certainly right about how the people vote, but those pockets are all over the place.

Yes, I know. I wouldn't really call it a conservative province, though, and I don't think the Quebec outbreak happened because of the 2018 election.
