Lemmy upgraded to 0.19.2 (self.main)

I've done a quick upgrade to bring us up to 0.19.2, which should resolve the recent federation issues.

Heads up that on 0.19.2 admins also have the ability to now view up/down votes in the UI (rather than having to dig through the DB).

I presume the primary reason this exists is to detect brigading or similar, right?

Yep pretty much! Instance Admins could already check this, but it used to be more time consuming to do. This makes it easier to deal with issues when they might pop up
