Yes, the third column. KAT Napoleonic was a keycap set launched over three years ago which then took three years to deliver. I've bought thirteen kits on sale half a year after they've been delivered to the vendors because I've liked the variability of the set between the green, blue and gold accents and all the language layouts it supported.
