I tried to delete my lemmy.ca account, but after refresh it is still there. (self.lemmy_ca_support)

Basically the title. I went to settings > delete > enter password ... And nothing changed. How do you delete a lemmy account?

Unfortunately I had to disable account deletion due to a bug that takes down the instance.

Hopefully this is included in the next update, then this will be back on.

This post was made after doing the steps above. This is not about "cached comments" but it is about the account still existing.
