There’s an alternate reality where the 2016 or 2020 primary were held fairly and Bernie won. Democrats won in a landslide on a populist campaign and delivered FDR-style reforms that made people’s lives tangibly better.

But instead, we live in a world run by idiotic monsters and their simpleton sycophants. They’ll run it all into the ground to make just a little bit more money. They’ll watch the world burn, thinking they’re going to lord over the ashes.

Yep. Ive said it before and I'll say it again, the democrats is a dead party. There is no future for the dems. They are fully content losing, and refuse to hand power to anyone younger, or anyone with intent to do something. They are a business, preying on our fear to garner donations, without actually taking any action

The moment Nancy pelosi won from her hospital bed over AOC was the final nail in the coffin for me. Any vote for the dems is a wastee, since they've lost the trust of the working class, and will never win again without major transformation in policy. Policy that isnt dilute GOP policy.

Whenever I can, ill be voting third party, since I know the dems won't win anyways. I have lost all faith in them.

Reminds me of this pic (couldn't find one without the YouTube circle):

Just keep in mind that that guy's life did not go well.

This is August Landmesser. He had been engaged to a Jewish woman, Irma Eckler, but the Nazi Nuremberg Laws of 1935 prevented him from marrying her; nonetheless they went on to have two daughters. Tragically, Irma later died in the Ravensbrück concentration camp. Landmesser was also imprisoned, charged with ‘dishonouring the race’, sent to a concentration camp and, after his release and forced conscription, died on the Eastern Front.

Source.

Sinceriously, thank you for that

Sinceriously

This is one of those great words that I will never remember when it's relevant or useful to me

[–] [email protected] 17 points 1 week ago

Haha, I had to reread sinceriously several times to work out that the original word was "sincerely", well played, I seriously sincerely think sinceriously is a great word.

There's a meme that replaces that man with Bernie.

[–] [email protected] 61 points 1 week ago

Me too, Bernie. Me too.

The Democrats don't deserve Bernie.

[–] [email protected] 47 points 1 week ago (1 children)

They don't get him. He is an independent, and they are right wing.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 week ago

They only got him on board to get him out of the running.

Berniee! I wish you were like 10-15 years younger. I mean your mental capacity probably still beats mine but I am just worried you will get a critical health problem before these fucking turd pieces of human disgraces called democrats will allow you to do anything.

"they stole the primaries from me, for this!? I swear to God, someone is getting a sternly worded letter about this"

The former presidents also didn't jump up after every dog whistle in trump's speech.
