It's currently rented? Jesus, it should be illegal to be renting a slum like that full of mold >:|
And it probably is, but I'm sure that doesn't stop the scumbag landlords
Terrible photos listed by estate agents/realtors that are so bad they’re funny.
Posting guidelines.
Posts in this community must be of property (inside or out) listed for sale which contains a terrible element. “Terrible” can refer to:
the photo itself (finger over the lens, too far away, people in the shot, bad Photoshop, etc.)
the property (weird layout, questionable plumbing, unsound structure, etc.)
the interior (carpeted bathrooms, awful taste interiors, weird mannequins/taxidermies/art, inflatable pools indoors, etc.)
the actual listing itself including unusual descriptions and unrealistic pricing. However, this isn’t a community to discuss the housing market in general. This is a comedic community - let’s keep it light.
Photos can be sourced from anywhere and be any age, but please check they haven’t already been posted.
Censor any names/contact details of private individuals.
Mark the post NSFW if it includes nudity or sensitive content

My, how innocent.
People go in. Meat and used clothes come out. No windows for better soundproofing.
I'm more shocked at the price. For that horrible "house" in that terrible state, directly near a railway. Don't even wanna know what a nice house in a nicer area might cost in London.
That isn't the price, just an auction guide price - it may go for a lot more.
Might still be the cheapest house of its size in London though.
what the...jeez. That's even....wow. WHY? I wouldn't want to live in that house FOR 200.000, despite PAYING it. Sure, it might be London, but...is it really worth so much to live there?!
Or does the average McDonalds-employee in London make 5000 after taxes? Then it would be okay, but i just kinda doubt it.
You wouldn't be living in the house, it has a sitting tenant paying £1,675/mo.
This makes me so sad.
oh right, I've just read. Which is...wow. Nice investment. A wonder one still does find tenants with those prices.
thats somehow worse.
i think ive never made that much money monthly.
That is just… living in absolute squalor. Jesus Christ
I hope this comes up on Homes Under the Hammer. "Plenty of potential here for someone wanting to expand their rental portfolio! Seems to be a slight issue with damp...."
Hmmmmmm I wonder if it needs a new roof? Who can say?
The walls also look like they're letting water in, which is why you can see the cinderblock pattern on the walls.
The cracked kitchen tile is also... Interesting. The floor is either super jacked up or the tile was installed horribly wrong to be able to shatter like that.
I wonder if the old tenant is, like, still alive
Jesus fuck the mold. There's so much in there, that slumlord might start trying to charge it rent.
How is this worth anything more than 50 000 £ and 300 £ per month lol 💀💀💀
It's in London. Nuff said.
