My account got banned about 2 weeks ago for three days saying if you were were a republican you voted for a Nazi and fuck Nazi's.
People don't realize it but Reddit is working on suppressing everything as well. This plus the soon to be paywalled information. This shit is on purpose.
Are you telling me the president’s closest advisor doing double nazi salutes to a cheering crowd and his other closest advisor doing a nazi salute to another cheering crowd isn’t just a coincidence? Next thing you’ll tell me is Musk likes the name X because he enjoys drawing the rest of the swastika.

I got a 7 day ban for mentioning that someone managed to make Musk's AI say Musk and Trump deserve the death penalty in a thread shitting on Musk's AI. I tried to appeal the ban asking how mentioning this was "promoting violence" and I got permabanned with no explanations. Reddit has become a fucking cesspool.

Recently had a friend tell me that he couldn't even read reddit comments anymore because of all the "SJW bs". "I'm as centrist as they come and reddit has just gone way too far left recently". I haven't spoken to him since and was a little surprised by the total lack of awareness, as he's generally a very intelligent & fun person.
There have been problematic comments in the past, but it's not possible to keep the peace with the current political/societal state - the mental / emotional exhaustion is just too much.

Yup. Wonder if Reddit will similarly moderate those who make comments like "your body my voice", "51st state" etc
If they were actually consistent, /r/conservative would be gone pretty quick among other things
reddit realized r/conservative, conspiracy was bringing alot of traffic to reddit so they dint ban the sub. now its being purposely pushed to the front page.

I was put on a 3 day ban for "hate" because I commented about the ongoing Palestine/Israel conflicts. Basically, I said Hamas committed a horrible act but the IDF/Netanyahu have also done terrible things. To be clear, I said BOTH groups have blood on their hands.
I was banned, but commenters who condemned Hamas/Palestine and called for ALL of them to be killed and then PRAISED the IDF/Netanyahu for killing them, were NOT banned.
Apparently, we are only allowed to speak out against one particular group 🇵🇸 ☪️. The other group 🇮🇱 🕎, is absolutely innocent, perfect, and has never harmed anyone. Allegedly.
We'll see if THIS gets deleted.

To be honest, reddit has been awful for a long time. In the past it was just that they would ban you for speaking out against bigots, now it's just being awful for everyone else too.
Before I finally checked out, I got a month-long ban from r/electricvehicles for "That'll do pig, that'll do". Apparently automod isn't a fan of the movie Babe.
