I discovered my all-time favorite video a while ago, and I feel like yes, sometimes the simplest most descriptive title is the best. Not quite as old as some of the ones here, but still, over a decade. Man time flies.

These 4 videos have lived in my head since I first saw them back in the day, and I'm glad they do. I know you asked for one but I really can't choose only one of these, and absolutely everyone needs to see all of them.
Yatta and the related flash animation comes to mind. There was a period in the mid 2000s where every anime con had a group of buff nearly naked guys wearing nothing but a leaf as tribute.
I don't know if it's my actual favourite but the first thing that popped into my mind was The End of the World.
