Yikes. More reasons to stop using Reddit. Слава Украине. (From a Russian-Ukrainian immigrant in Canada 🇨🇦🇺🇦)

Someone posted this and that’s honestly scary. I hope more people abandon this sinking ship of Reddit.

Just don't buy it from Amazon. But it's really funny lol

Good. We Canadians should stop relying on the US. Time to focus on local industries.

The fact that us Canada are asking France and the UK for nuclear umbrella because of the US is a crazy time-line. Charles De Gaulle was right about the US and NATO.

Yup. I said things about Elon and Trump and how they are nazis supporting nazis like Putin commiting war crimes and I got a warning. Reddit can get lost.

[–] Daelsky 33 points 3 months ago (2 children)

Yeah I got signaled on reddit for saying something about Trump, Elon and Vance regarding to Ukraine. Nothing that hasn't been said, but I said they can fuck off and stop propping Russian imperialism and kidnapping children while commiting warcrimes. Guess Reddit is against that as they removed my comment and gave me a warning.

As it was said just bellow, it’s due to shipping companies.

As regular citizens, we can « import » up to 800$ without paying tariffs. However, let’s say company A imports items from the US. They will do so with numbers over 800$, probably in the thousands or millions. This means it’s over the limit of obligatory signaling to the border agents and then they pay tariffs on that amount.

It’s kinda that process.

La situation change tellement en si peu de temps. Je pense que malgré tout ce qui se passe ou pourrait se passer, il faut réduire la dépendance du Québec (et du Canada) envers les États-Unis.

Premier match assez bon.

I don’t know if posts in French are accepted here, but it’s a great article and I wanted to share it.

Je ne sais pas si les articles en français sont acceptés ici, mais c’est un bon article et je souhaitais le partager.

Canadian teams:

  1. Vancouver Whitecaps | Previous ranking: 11 Vancouver has two impressive wins to start the season after beating last year's champions, the LA Galaxy, 2-1 on Sunday. Left back Sam Adekugbe opened the scoring in the second minute with his second goal in as many games, and New Jersey-born striker Brian White sealed all three points in the 87th minute.
  1. CF Montréal | Previous ranking: 19 Jonathan Sirois' five saves weren't enough in a 1-0 loss to Minnesota, as Montréal held 65% of possession but failed to put a single shot on target.
  1. Toronto FC | Previous ranking: 27 Toronto has some potential and were solid in a 2-2 draw Week 1, but after losing to Orlando 4-2 in their opener, the Reds have allowed six goals in two games now. That's tied with three other clubs (including Orlando) for the most in the league.

My god is Vancouver carrying Canada right now. Toronto and Montréal have potential, but there a clear flaws.
