It smells like actual witch hazel which the Thayers doesn't as it is rather diluted. True witch hazel vaguely smells of hot dog water for lack of a better term.

Hw can move to Arizona and live near his BFF Peterson and they can podcast into the manosphere ether while taking their Andrew Huberman supplements doing their Wim Hof ice baths eating nothing but red meat and salt watching their crypto investments and stonks tank.

AFAB here and I agree 100% - the issue is that by elevating that which used to acceptably be oppressed, the primary oppressor feels that they have lost station and position as they see society as a ladder - if you aren't at the top someone else is above you. That kind of thinking makes this even more difficult to solve.

Eatthwise is a Canadian brand that does an unscented witch hazel hydrosol but it won't have the glycerin and other additives in Thayers

Almost all store cards are Visa or Mastercard branded as they rely on those payment processors to handle payments and for their security mechanisms

It is as difficult for us as it is for an American. It's not very common to be able to get a work permit without an employer sponsoring you and most EU employers have enough selection in Europe they don't need people from North America.

I speak French (fluent), Spanish (good but not well enough for a formal workplace), and enough Danish to make myself understood

In the Buy Canadian era we have to drop the Loblaws rule temporarily but I make sure they are my absolute last choice and that I only buy very specific things there. Luckily I can drive to a Metro, Sobeys, Giant Tiger - Sobeys is arguably as evil (Empire - own Sobeys, Farm Boy, Foodland, IGA etc) but they in my mind are slightly less evil - Metro a bit less, Giant Tiger despite their owner's politics even less - and then those lucky enough to live near a co-op or a good selection of independent stores - ideal.

Oh and Walmart - I'd have to basically be starving.
