There's also the sense that after a point you can't throw $100 at a person for a milkshake when you can simply pay $5.
I mean that after a point not only are there more than enough tanks for everyone, but after a point, spending more money on the same object or weapon doesn't do anything. It can be the most expensive thing and still break down or be inadequate. Also, there's the issue of funds literally being lost because they can't keep track of everything, though how much of it is just "dark money" is another issue entirely.
I would hold off on America's revolutionary civil war for a few decades, at the very least.
I think it's definitely possible, don't get me wrong, but give it some time; we still have a lot of work to do on the ground and people need to be more organized compared to how they were in 2020, which was haphazard in many ways.
Lots of energy, but still disorganized.
